Richard was really friendly, thorough and attentive. Really good service, shame I can't bring family in to see him at this store. They're really good. I didn't feel pressured to look at the glasses or place an order I got advised on where my local out of office store was and also told that I could place my order through the D90 store for convenience even if I tried on glasses at another Boots store. Helpful, friendly and convenient!
